Our new root harvester - It's a 1961 John Deere 30. I found this on an auction in Pennsylvania. I hauled it back to my house and restored it. Am going to use it this year to dig garlic!
We purchased a large barn and 32 acres in Palermo Maine! This land hasn't been farmed for many decades. A few big rocks, but not bad.
Here's an inside look at the new barn. 186 feet long and 36 feet wide with two floors!

A Meadery is being setup in the back of the barn. New electric, septic and well has been put in.
Windows, kitchen and heat too! :)
